Goods Return Policy
Hidden Florist handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Products sold on this website & by this business are a perishable, natural item,
flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.
Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets.
As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.HiddenFlorist.com.au,
by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images & produced goods.
Hidden Florist must be notified within two (2) days of purchase of all refunds or returns.
Hidden Florist will not accept returns based on change of mind or design.
In cases of flowers perishing within two (2) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed
OR if Hidden Florist produced the incorrect goods,
Hidden Florist may provide a replacement or gift certificate.
The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of Hidden Florist.
Hidden Florist reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records.
Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind-
We make and deliver all of our blooms with love, however please remember we are also all human!- and we are dealing with fresh product!
Public Holidays & Sundays
We are closed on all Public Holidays -
If you place an order for a public holiday, your order will be delivered the next business day.
GST (Goods & Services Tax)
All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.
*Delivery charges are determined according to suburb,
delivery costs will be added to your order before processing.
*If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product,
if YES is selected to "Authority to Leave"
the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit.
If this Product includes Wine,
Please note Wine can NOT be left or given to persons under the age of 18.
Re-Delivery will apply & at the expense of the sender.
Hidden Florist will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items
Hidden Florist will not accept responsibility for flowers if they have been left out side all day.
Products are perishable, Many arrangements need to be kept out of direct sunlight in cooler environments for optimum enjoyment
*If the incorrect Delivery details are provided
OR we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking puppies,
we may need to return the product to our store & contact you or the recipient to arrange re-delivery which will incur a re-delivery fee!
*If your address is NEW... Please leave us instructions as we do rely on Google maps to find you!
*Same day delivery... this is by 7pm unless specified to a school or business.
We do endeavour to get all of our deliveries out and to their flower lovers promptly!

The Shop images
The images of flowers to order presented in "the shop" reflect a particular time and season.
Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection,
please allow for changes in availability and seasons.
Please take the time to read our descriptions as some images are an example of what you may receive as it is a "seasonal' style choice!
We will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed,
and colour selection you have chosen.

Purchase of Alcohol
TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL ADD ON YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18YEARS AND THE RECEIVER MUST ALSO BE OVER THE AGE OF 18YEARS.
ALCOHOL CAN NOT BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE NOR GIVEN TO ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18, RE-DELIVERY WILL APPLY
Cancellation Fees of 25% apply to online orders that have not yet been prepared
Orders which have been prepared for the day BUT not left with the driver will incure a 50% Cancellation Fee
Orders which have left with the driver will incure a 90% Cancellation Fee
