While we don't offer specific delivery times, except for funeral services. Hidden Florist always strive to deliver as soon as possible & accommodate your special requests.
If you have specific needs, please contact our team directly.

Delivery Window:
Flowers are delivered between 11 am and 5 pm Monday - Saturday.
(except peak time including Mother's Day or Valentine's Day drivers leave earlier)

Monday to Saturday:
Delivery in Sunbury, Diggers Rest & surrounding suburbs.
Same-Day Delivery Cut Off Times:
Sunbury & Diggers Rest: Place by 2 pm.
Orders to Zones 7-11: Place by 12 noon.

Saturday Delivery:
Please place orders by 12 noon

No Delivery on Sundays
(except Mother's Day or Valentine's Day with a surcharge).

Business Deliveries:
Delivered by close of business. If you have specific needs, please contact our team directly.

Complicated Deliveries:
For the following, we ask if you could please provide detailed information,
including a contact number for the recipient, door / gate code or somewhere the order can be left if there is no answer.

- businesses

Ensuring Successful Delivery

Recipient Not Home:
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, our driver will leave the flowers or gift if it is deemed safe to do so. If the gift cannot be left safely, we will try to contact the recipient and/or the sender.
If this is not possible & we cannot successfully & safely deliver the arrangement, our driver will bring it back to our store.
The team will leave a message for the sender and a calling card left at the recipient’s home. We can then arrange for collection or re-delivery (a fee will apply for re-delivery).

Delivery Success
We do our best to deliver every order on time, every time, and we succeed in doing this 99.9% or more of the time.
However, circumstances such as incorrect or incomplete addresses, no access, and no secure place to leave the flowers, or incorrect or missing recipient phone numbers, can hinder our ability to deliver.
Therefore, we ask our customers to please ensure all the necessary information is provided so we can safely and securely deliver your order.
